These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Exoticz SF website at https://exoticzsf.com, the Exoticz SF Rewards program, and the Exoticz SF Deals & Promotions marketing text message program. - Program description: When you opt in, Exoticz SF will send you recurring marketing text messages with promotional offers only (store deals and promotions) to the mobile number you provide.
- How to opt in: Check the separate, optional marketing text-message box (unchecked by default) that reads “Yes, send me marketing texts (deals & promotions) from Exoticz SF. Msg frequency varies, up to 4/mo. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.” on our rewards signup form at https://exoticzsf.com/exoticzsf/rewards, our first-visit offer form at https://exoticzsf.com/exoticzsf/promo, or in your rewards account. Marketing text consent is collected separately and is not part of agreeing to these Terms, joining rewards, or the email opt-in.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies (up to 4 messages per month).
- Costs: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again (reply START to resubscribe).

5. Limitation of Liability
